DERMALAI products can be used individually. If you are going to use only a single product, we recommend "I by DERMALAI".

Can I return my DERMALAI products if I purchased them online?

Only DERMALAI products that were directly purchased from our online store at dermal-ai.com can be returned to us.
The products must be sealed and in their original packaging.
DERMALAI  products must be returned within 14 business days from the date they were received.
Returned items must be shipped back to the U.S.

Each I by DERMALAI component contains 14.5g of serum and is filled in an FDA registered facility, in Los Angeles, Calif.
 we go above and beyond to ensure quality assurance for each and every product we produce.  unfortunately, a small percentage of our most recent batch of components state the incorrect fill amount.
